Spirit is the nonphysical part of a Black Woman that is truly holy. You’ve come the long way, from the Depressed Black Woman to the Spiritual Black Woman. On this journey, you’ve learnt how to deal with your depression and other self-defeating behaviors, how to lift up your self-esteem, how to nourish your motivation and hope.

 

In this section of my blog you’ll learn how to strengthen and uplift your spirit, to develop real relationship with God, and free your spirit from any boundaries. This is what the real empowerment is all about. Now, you can wholeheartedly get your hair wet!

Have you ever wondered why you do certain things and not the others? Why you’re doing things in certain way? What motivates you? Motivation is the essence of any achievement. The way you motivate yourself determines whether you’ll fail or succeed.

Motivation is the drive or the impulse you feel before any action. Often, the real motivation is hidden in a subconscious part of your mind. So it’s your job to examine the motivation that stands behind your actions and to set it straight. Continue reading

The magnitude of this strength may surprise you, because this strength comes directly from your spirit. This strength is only available when you completely acknowledge, accept, and love yourself; when you start living your true life, as God intended.
